  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Finely chop the greens. Grind the cheese in a bowl, add the egg and greenery. We mix everything.
  3. Pre-defrost puff pastry. Parchment grease oil. Roll out the dough and put it on parchment. For the dough put the filling and distribute.
  4. Cover the top with a second sheet of dough, make holes with a fork and grease with a scrambled egg.
  5. We send our cake to the oven for 30 minutes until golden colors. Bake at 200 degrees (no convection).
  6. We take out the cake and let it cool. Serve into squares (if you cut a hot cake, it can crumble).
