  1. Thaw ready-made purchased puff cakes at room temperature until completely softened.
  2. Bake in the oven at 250 gr for about 25 minutes until golden colors.
  3. From the first two cakes, cut off the top for powder. Third cake divided into two parts. Total 4 cakes.
  4. Cool the cakes.
  5. For cream, pour 100 ml of milk into the pan and put on slow fire. Add 1 tablespoon of coffee to this milk and stir.
  6. In a bowl, mix 200 ml of milk with 1 cup sugar, 1 egg. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix again. Pour this mix into coffee milk in a thin stream and stir.
  7. Stir the cream and cook until thickened.
  8. After the cream has thickened, remove its fire and completely cool.
  9. Beat 200 g of butter with a mixer. Add custard cream in parts and beat with a mixer.
  10. When the cream is ready, grease the cakes with cream and sprinkle baby.
