  1. Defrost the dough and cut each layer into 4 parts. Total y you get 8 pieces.
  2. We roll each piece to a translucent state, put on a baking sheet, prick with a fork and send to the oven at 180 degrees to browning (I have about 8 minutes).
  3. When all the cakes are ready, make the cream: beat the mascarpone with cream and sugar.
  4. On the first 2 cakes, we smear only the cream, on the 3rd under the cream also jam. On the 4th and 5th only cream. On the 6th jam and cream. On the last 2 are also just cream. When you put cakes, they can be straight bend with your hands so that they break and fit snugly.
  5. Trim the edges. Grind them directly with your hands and sprinkle on top cake.
  6. We send in the refrigerator for 4 hours at least.
