Delicious meat and potato boat patties can be prepared at home as a full-fledged independent dish for lunch or dinner. It’s not difficult to make them, but you get a beautiful portioned serving hot, which can be served at the festive table.

  1. Wash, peel and boil potatoes in boiling water.
  2. Cool the potatoes and use a crush to mashed, adding 30 grams of butter.
  3. Dice cucumbers and squeeze slightly from excess liquids.
  4. Finely chop the meat and onion and simmer until tender.
  5. Defrost puff pastry and divide into 12 rectangular parts.
  6. We roll out each part and make cuts on both sides along as in the photo.
  7. On a rectangle of dough, lay out potatoes, meat with onions and cucumbers.
  8. First we wrap one side, and then the other as in the photo. We pinch the edges. It turns out a boat pie.
  9. Put the finished boats on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese. Grease egg pie itself.
  10. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes before blush.
