  1. Cut the sausage into circles of medium thickness.

  2. Roll the puff yeast dough in one direction, adding a pinch of flour.

  3. Cut it into strips. In width they should be slightly narrower than halves of sausage slices.

  4. Place three slices of sausage on each strip and twist them, giving the shape of a rose.

  5. Grease the pastry with whipped yolk and put in the oven for 20 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees.
