- Cut the meat into slices about 5×6 cm in size, slightly beat off.
- Cut onion into rings, tomato into slices.
- Roll the dough with a rolling pin into a layer about 3-4 mm thick. To cut into rectangles the size of meat.

- Close in a pie, pinch the edges. Transfer to a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Put in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
