  1. Peel, boil and mashed the potatoes.
  2. Cut the meat into pieces and fry it in a pan for 3 minutes on high heat.
  3. Cut the onion in half rings and simmer it with meat for 10 minutes. Take off cover and over medium heat, evaporate the liquid for another 4 minutes.
  4. Cut cucumbers in half rings
  5. Roll out the dough with a thin sheet, cut into 8 rectangular parts so that the middle of each piece is thicker than the edges. In the center each rectangle put the filling: 2 tbsp. puree, 1 tbsp meat and chopped cucumbers. Make longitudinal cuts on the sides and wrap each side so that the cut is centered. Give shape the boat and pinch the sides.
  6. Grease a baking sheet with oil, put boats on it. From above grease with an egg, pour a little grated into the center of each boat cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 C.
