Cooking at home delicious pork loin stuffed prunes. Prune goes well with pork, gives meat wonderful sweet and sour taste. Garlic will add a special flavor to the dish and dried marjoram. On the side we make boiled potatoes and light vegetable salad.

  1. We wash the prunes and fill them with hot water. We put the oven on 180 degrees.

  2. A piece of my loin, wipe with paper towels, rub salt, marjoram, ground pepper and chopped garlic. Put in a bowl, cover and leave for 1 hour in the fridge.

  3. After 1 hour in a piece of loin we make a deep cut in the middle, but not until the end, and insert the swollen prunes tightly into the cut.

  4. The prepared piece with prunes is sent to hot oil and fry on all sides to a rosy color, so seal the juices inside so that the meat becomes juicy when baked.

  5. Put the loin in the mold, pour in the water (1 cup) and put in oven for 45 minutes. Take out the juicy stuffed loin, cut into slices with a sharp knife and serve immediately with a vegetable side dish and light salads.
