  1. Custard: Pour milk (300 ml), 2 yolks into the pan, corn starch, vanillin and sahzam – to taste, cook on a slow heat, stirring constantly, to a boil (approximately 10 minutes). Cool by stirring occasionally.
  2. Dough: separate the proteins from the yolks. Whip 6 proteins until peaks.
  3. Add 4 yolks, corn starch, oat flour to the bowl bran, baking powder, sahzam, cocoa, pasty cottage cheese and milk (4 tbsp), beat with a mixer.
  4. Gently introduce the proteins to the chocolate mass, mix.
  5. Pour the dough onto the mold (covered with a silicone mat), bake at 170 degrees 10 minutes.
  6. Move the finished biscuit onto a towel, spread quickly custard and evenly pour coconut, twist in roll.
  7. PP chocolate glaze: pour 150 ml of milk into a pan, 2 tbsp. chocolate pudding and sahzam to taste. Simmer stirring constantly until thick. If the glaze is thick, before add milk.
  8. Spread the icing evenly over the roll. The most delicious PP roll is ready. Enjoy your meal.
