Peel and wash the potatoes.

Cut the bacon into thin layers. To make a dish it turned out just like in the photo, it is advisable to purchase bacon, chopped with a slicer.

Grate each potato with spices, wrap in bacon and put on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
