Tasty potatoes stewed in the oven with vegetables are a great option for lunch or dinner, which you can easily cook at home. The dish can be served both independently and in as a side dish. You can do as I do – add immediately bake with ready-made cutlets, you get two in one and it’s very tasty. You can also cook without meat, then the dish is ideal for a lean table.

- Prepare the products.
- Wash, peel and cut potatoes in circles.
- Peel the garlic, grate on a grater. Add to the potatoes. Salt, pepper and add spices.
- Put some of the potatoes in a greased dish.
- Spread much green onions on the potatoes. I decided cut 2 chicken cutlets and put on top. So the dish will still more appetizing. But you can not do it. Add the mustard.
- Dice the onion, grate the carrots on a grater and fry on vegetable oil.
- Add a glass of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread on top of our dish.
- The next layer is potatoes. Then grease with mayonnaise.
- Close the lid and put in the oven for 40 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees. Our dish is ready, enjoyable appetite!
