Tasty potatoes stewed in the oven with vegetables are a great option for lunch or dinner, which you can easily cook at home. The dish can be served both independently and in as a side dish. You can do as I do – add immediately bake with ready-made cutlets, you get two in one and it’s very tasty. You can also cook without meat, then the dish is ideal for a lean table.

  1. Prepare the products.
  2. Wash, peel and cut potatoes in circles.
  3. Peel the garlic, grate on a grater. Add to the potatoes. Salt, pepper and add spices.
  4. Put some of the potatoes in a greased dish.
  5. Spread much green onions on the potatoes. I decided cut 2 chicken cutlets and put on top. So the dish will still more appetizing. But you can not do it. Add the mustard.
  6. Dice the onion, grate the carrots on a grater and fry on vegetable oil.
  7. Add a glass of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Spread on top of our dish.
  9. The next layer is potatoes. Then grease with mayonnaise.
  10. Close the lid and put in the oven for 40 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees. Our dish is ready, enjoyable appetite!
