  1. Peel and chop the potatoes with a spoon, as shown in photo and cut in half. Potato shells

  2. Cut tomatoes into half circles, medium in size chop the onion rings.

  3. Spread the halves on a baking sheet covered with parchment potato.

  4. The petals formed after cutting root crops alternately spread slices of tomatoes and onion rings.

  5. Salt the root vegetables and sprinkle with grated cheese.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
