Potato salad, popular in European countries, was brought to America by immigrants. Since then, this is almost one of the main US national dishes. In addition to potatoes, salad is also added various vegetables. But the classic recipe for potato, onion, Celery and dressing was even patented. It happened in the 70s years of the last century, when the question of freezing and preserving potato salad for the needs of the US Army. - 3 large eggs

- 0.5 tbsp. diced celery
- 2 tbsp. l Vegetable Relish with Pickles / Capers
- 1 tbsp. l Worcester sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, finely chopped

Recipe preparation:
- Pour water into a large pot and bring it to a boil. Вpour boiling water over potatoes and cook until soft, about 15 minutes. Drain and lay the potatoes on a baking sheet to cooling down.
- Meanwhile, in another pan, put eggs in boiling water and cook for 12 minutes. Then transfer the finished eggs to cold water. After cooling them, peel and chop coarsely.
- In a large bowl, combine onions, celery, relish, Worcester sauce, spicy sauce, 1.5 tsp. salt, 1 tsp pepper and mayonnaise. Then mix boiled potatoes, eggs and green onions in the salad. At add salt if necessary.
