I offer a recipe for a delicious roll of potato dough. AT the quality of the filling is offal. It turns out unusual, satisfying and tasty. Roll can be prepared at home as an independent dish. Serve its good with sour cream.

  1. Peel and boil potatoes, mashed in mashed potatoes. Add an egg, salt to taste, butter, flour. Knead is not too cool dough.
  2. For filling the giblets, rinse, fry in vegetable oil and scroll through a meat grinder. Slightly fry semolina, add three glasses of boiling water and cook, stirring, until tender. Cool.
  3. Combine semolina with giblets, add pepper and salt to taste, mix.
  4. Divide the dough into three parts, each roll into a rectangle the size of a standard A4 album sheet. Put the filling along, roll up a roll.
  5. Put the rolls on a greased baking sheet. Rolls themselves too grease with oil. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature 2000C.
