A traditional Spanish dish – delicious, simple and hearty potato casserole, slicing on white wine with a refreshing paprika seasoned with spices. Perfect for as a side dish, but will not be ignored as main dish. Tip: as a side dish good goes well with grilled home-made sausages or chicken.

- My peppers, cleaned from partitions and seeds, cut stripes. Onion, garlic and potatoes clean, wash. Bow cut into half rings, potatoes – small slices. Finely chop the garlic.
