- Grate the potato and rinse to clean water.
- Mix potatoes with salt and sunflower oil.
- Put the potatoes in the form with the first layer and gently press.
- Cut the mushrooms thinly and put in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt, dry oregano, black pepper, pour sour cream and sunflower oil. Mix.
- Put a layer of mushrooms on top of the potatoes and flatten.
- Send to the oven for 30 minutes at 220 gr.
- Remove the casserole from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and herbs and send back for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
