  1. Grate the potato and rinse to clean water.
  2. Mix potatoes with salt and sunflower oil.
  3. Put the potatoes in the form with the first layer and gently press.
  4. Cut the mushrooms thinly and put in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt, dry oregano, black pepper, pour sour cream and sunflower oil. Mix.
  5. Put a layer of mushrooms on top of the potatoes and flatten.
  6. Send to the oven for 30 minutes at 220 gr.
  7. Remove the casserole from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and herbs and send back for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
