  1. Wash the potatoes well and boil them “in their skins” until tender. Peel and scroll in a meat grinder (can be wiped through a sieve).
  2. Grate the cheese.
  3. Put mashed potatoes in a large bowl. Add 1 dining room a spoonful of butter and half grated cheese. Drive eggs. Salt, pepper. Slowly add flour. Knead the dough. Form small balls.

  5. Grease the baking dish with oil. Put dumplings in one layer. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in the oven for 7-10 minutes, warmed up to 200 degrees.
