  1. Rinse the potatoes well, dry, put on a double foil, grease with oil and salt, wrap in foil, pierce with a fork and send to the oven 200 degrees until ready, it took me more than an hour.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the filling: chop the onion and mushrooms.
  3. First, fry the onions, then add mushrooms to it and fry them until cooked, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Grate the cheese, and chop the greens finely.
  5. When the potatoes are cooked, carefully unfold the foil, cut in half and turn the inside of the potatoes into mashed potatoes with forks, then add butter, salt, pepper and again mix (you can add cheese at this stage).
  6. Then add greens, our mushrooms with onions and finish it all cheese.
  7. And we send this beauty for another 5-7 minutes in the oven in order so that the cheese melts beautifully! Enjoy your meal
