- Cut peeled boiled potatoes into slices.
- Cut mozzarella into slices about 3 mm thick.
- Slice the tomatoes.
- Grease a baking dish with oil (convenient to use brush). Put chopped potatoes at the bottom, then tomatoes and put cheese on top. Add salt and pepper.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Cool the finished dish and decorate with greens.
