  1. Cut the potatoes into slices, blanch in boiling water 5 minutes.

  2. Coarsely chop the carrots and onions. Fry in vegetable oil. Add chopped garlic, green beans, thyme, sage, black pepper, fry for 5 minutes.

  3. Cut the meat into pieces the size of a walnut. Fry until golden brown.

  4. Salt broth, boil.

  5. Lay out the meat in portioned pots for roast, potatoes frying with beans.

  6. Pour into pots of 100-150 ml. broth. Cover and send to bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees by 60 minutes.
