  1. Cooking meat filling. First, fry the onion on the vegetable oil, add to it a pork tenderloin cut into slices, lightly fry together.
  2. Then lay out the crushed mushrooms, salt and pepper, fry together for another twenty minutes and remove from heat.
  3. Fried peeled potatoes, sliced โ€‹โ€‹in cubes or cubes in vegetable oil until half ready.
  4. For sauce, combine sour cream with chopped cloves of garlic.
  5. Distribute prepared fillings in pots. Bottom layer put the fried meat.
  6. Then – fried potatoes.
  7. Top with sour cream sauce.
  8. Coat the edges of the pots with vegetable oil and cover with dough, rolled three millimeters thick.
  9. Pots will be removed in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
