- 8 tbsp. peeled and chopped tomatoes
- 6 tbsp. chicken broth
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 4 diced bacon slices
- 225 gr. finely chopped linguics, and 225 gr. chopped circles 0.5 cm thick. sausages linguics
- 225 gr. finely chopped chorizo, and 225 gr. chopped 0.5 cm thick circles. Chorizo sausages
- 2 tbsp. chopped red onions
- 1 tbsp. l plus 1 tsp Creole Spice Mix
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp. l chopped garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tbsp. thinly sliced fresh cilantro leaves

Recipe preparation:
- Sauté the bacon in a medium-sized saucepan for about 2 min Add the sausages and cook them with bacon until everything is browned for another 5 minutes. Add onion, creole mixture spices and flakes of red pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until softness, about 5 minutes
- Add garlic and cook until fragrance, about 30 sec Put bay leaves, tomatoes, pour in the broth and mix. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for approximately 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper. Add cilantro and serve with a sandwich in the bite.
