Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, heat 3 tbsp. l olive oil, put onion and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes. until they will become transparent. Do not let them brown. Add potatoes and water. Cover the pan and simmer over medium heat. 20 мин.
  2. During this time, fry the sausage in a pan until it is melted most fat. Dry, save fat. When will the potato be soft, mash it with a crush right in the pan. Add to soup sausage, then kale. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the remaining olive oil and spices. Arrange in bowls and serve.
