  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Wash the vegetables. Onion, ginger and peel the potatoes. Grate onions, potatoes and cheese on a coarse grater. Dice the broccoli, chop the ginger, separate the rosemary leaflets from the stem.
  2. Wash the pork, dry and cut into two portions, salt and pepper to taste. In pork, make longitudinal cuts in the form pockets without cutting to the end. Put ginger mozzarella into cuts and rosemary.
  3. Put the pork on a greased baking sheet and put in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix onions, potatoes, broccoli, egg, flour, salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly and form cue balls 6 – 8 cm in diameter, 1 – 2 cm thick.
  5. Pour oil into a frying pan heated over medium heat. warm it, put vegetable patties and fry them 3-4 minutes on each side, flipping every minute (up to readiness).
