  1. Dry pork or chicken into slices 1-1.5 cm.
  2. Place on a baking sheet. Season and salt to taste.
  3. Grease with mayonnaise or sour cream.
  4. Finely chop the onion and spread it into meat.
  5. Cut the tomato into slices and spread on top of the onion.
  6. Place bacon plates on top of the tomatoes.
  7. Sprinkle everything on top with cheese.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven 200º for about 40 minutes.
