  1. A piece of pork fillet (shoulder blade or ham) is washed and so that give a round shape to a piece, we connect in the center culinary twine. Sprinkle the prepared fillet generously with salt, ground pepper and put in hot oil in a cast-iron pan. Fry on high heat from all sides and put on a plate.

  2. Add chopped onion to the oil after pork, fry until softness and add diced apples (without skin).

  3. Put sauerkraut in the pan, if too sour, rinse. Mix well and place in the middle fried pork.

  4. Pour the broth evenly, cover and send pork and cabbage in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 4 hours. Ready-made pork will be very tender and will be easily divided by fibers. A piece of free from twine, spread on a plate with stewed cabbage and immediately serve with fresh bread.
