  1. Pieces of my pork tenderloin, rub with salt and send to melted butter. Fry from 2 sides over high heat until become rosy. We put the oven 180 degrees.

  2. Coarsely chopped peeled potatoes, onions – on feathers, apples – slices, rinse the prunes. Put the fried in the form pieces of tenderloin, place the potatoes next to it, add onion on top, unpeeled garlic, chopped sprig of rosemary and prunes. Solim vegetables and pepper.

  3. Pour in water (½ cup), pour oil in which they fried tenderloin, and put in the oven for 45 minutes. Then add on top slices of apples and bake another 15 minutes.

  4. Ready-made fragrant tenderloin with vegetables, apples and prunes take out, sprinkle with chopped parsley and immediately serve with hearty and vegetable salads.
