  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Wash the pork and dry it.
  2. Cut peaches into small cubes and mix with lingonberries. Pork cut into two steaks. Make a pocket-cut in each steak and stuff with a mixture of peach and lingonberry.
  3. Pour oil into a frying pan heated over high heat. warm it and fry pork on both sides for 2 minutes with each. Then transfer to a greased baking dish oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked.
