  1. Cover the meat with a film or bag, beat off well. Salt pepper and add spices to taste.

  3. Chop walnuts.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  6. Combine cheese, nuts and sour cream.
  7. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, put the meat on it, put mushrooms and cheese on top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 10 min
