  3. After pepper, we send chopped pork to the oil, fry 4-5 minutes, stirring, and add the chopped mushrooms. Fry pork with mushrooms over high heat until the liquid evaporates, salt and pepper.

  4. In 4 clay pots, spread the fried pepper in ¼ part.

  5. Add the same amount of pork with mushrooms on top, pour water (50 ml.), cover the pots and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

  6. After 40 minutes, take out the pots, break on top one at a time egg and send open to the oven for another 10 minutes.

  7. We take out pots with a fragrant dish and immediately serve on dense napkins with fresh or canned vegetables and crispy with bread.
