Pork loin will turn out juicy and incredibly tasty if it pre-fry and cook at home in the oven in a large ceramic form with a cover on a “pillow” made of apples, onions, garlic and carrots.

A piece of my loin, cut off all the protruding parts, so that turned smooth, and soaked in paper napkins.

We clear apples from seeds, hard membranes, cut into slices, carrots – in slices, onions – in medium pieces, cloves garlic – in half. Put everything in a large clay pot Tajine or another, mix.

Sprinkle the prepared piece of pork with dried thyme, ground pepper, salt, sent to hot oil and fry from all parties until it turns red. Place the fried piece on prepared “pillow”, cover the pot with a lid and put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 1 hour 15 minutes.

20 minutes before cooking, open the pot and continue bake. We take out the most tender pork loin, let stand 10 minutes, cut and serve with baked apples and vegetables.
