  1. In a bowl, mix ground pepper, salt, finely chopped rosemary and sage. We put the oven at 230 degrees.

  2. Put the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet with foil, rub it oil (1 tablespoon) and a prepared mixture of herbs (2 tsp).

  3. Dice the pumpkin, peeled apples into slices, onions – pieces, put everything in a bowl, pour oil (2 tablespoons), add the rest of the mixture and mix. Send to a baking sheet around pork tenderloin.

  4. Put the pork with vegetables and apples in the oven and bake 20 minutes, then mix the side dish and bake another 10-15 minutes, until the tenderloin is not covered with a brown crust and the side dish does not become soft.

  5. Juicy pork tenderloin with a fragrant side dish served hot with crisp bread and chopped fresh vegetables.
