  1. We wash the pork tenderloin, dry it with paper towels and put in a container. In a bowl, mix paprika, wine, oil, garlic powder, ground thyme, black pepper and salt (3 pinches). We rub the prepared tenderloin with the aromatic mixture and cool at least 3 hours.

  2. We wash the prunes and fill them with warm water.

  3. We take out the marinated tenderloin, make a cut across the fibers (5-6 pcs.) And put into the cuts small pieces of cheese and prunes. Put the stuffed tenderloin in the form, add marinade, cover with foil and send to the preheated oven with 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

  4. We take out the pork, remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes. We take out the finished fragrant tenderloin, cut and serve hot with vegetable side dish and salad.
