  1. Frozen or fresh cranberries are sent to the pan, add honey and cook until the berries burst. Shift cranberry sauce in a bowl. Wash the pork tenderloin, dry it, sprinkle with chopped thyme, ground pepper and salt.

  2. Wrap the tenderloin in slices of bacon, send it to the oil and fry on all sides to a brown crust. We put the oven on 200 degrees.

  3. We transfer the pork in bacon to a baking sheet and put in the oven for 20 minutes. Then grease the baked pork with prepared cranberry sauce and bake for another 5 minutes.

  4. We take out the fragrant juicy tenderloin in bacon, cut into pieces and serve with the remaining cranberry sauce.
