  1. We wash the pieces of pork tenderloin, make deep in the middle cuts and slightly beat off.

  2. Divide goat cheese into small pieces, chop the rosemary and mix with cheese.

  3. Sprinkle the prepared meat with salt, ground pepper, spray butter and spread in the middle goat cheese with rosemary.

  4. Carefully connect the cut sides of the tenderloin, wrap stripes of bacon and spread on a baking sheet.

  5. We put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, and bake tenderloin in bacon for 30 minutes.

  6. We take out the fragrant stuffed tenderloin with goat cheese, give stand for 5 minutes, chop and serve with your favorite vegetable side dishes and salads.
