  1. Cut the pork tenderloin in half, sprinkle with salt and lightly fight off.

  2. In a bowl, mix chopped dried apricots, parsley, pine nuts and put on prepared meat.

  3. We close the filling on 2 sides with meat and to give shape, we tie with twine.

  4. In a bowl, mix chopped garlic, paprika cumin and oil. Lubricate the meat on top, spread on a baking sheet and send to oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

  5. We take out the fragrant stuffed tenderloin, free it from twine, chop and serve.
