Delicious and original pork tenderloin rings in bacon prepare at home for the holiday. Cut the pork tenderloin into strips, wrap in bacon and bake in the form of rings in the oven. Wonderful sweet mustard, basil, garlic and Provencal add flavor to the dish herbs. A side dish is better to make a salad of potatoes and fresh vegetables.

  1. A piece of pork tenderloin is cut along the fibers into 4 pieces, salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix chopped basil leaves (can be replaced with another herb to taste), chopped garlic and sweet mustard.

  2. Wrap long pieces of tenderloin in strips of bacon (2 pcs each), turn into rings and at the joints we fasten with a toothpick. Put the prepared rings into a mold, grease with mustard mixture, sprinkle with Provencal herbs and pour in the broth (you can replace with white wine).

  3. Cover the form with meat rings with foil, put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then foil remove and bake for another 10 minutes. We take out juicy meat rings and immediately serve with a vegetable side dish and light salads.
