  1. We wash the tenderloin, saturate it with paper towels and cut it on medallions (5 pcs. across the fibers).

  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and poison slices of bread for toast for 2-3 minutes until they become crispy.
  3. We send prepared pork medallions to melted butter (3 tablespoons) and fry over medium heat on both sides to brown crusts for 2-3 minutes, cover.

  4. Grind crisp bread in a blender bowl, put in a bowl, add the remains of softened oil (1 tbsp), oil from frying pans in which medallions, chopped parsley were fried, chopped walnuts with a knife and mix well.

  5. Put the fried medallions in a mold, add on top prepared bread mixture with nuts and put in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the mixture becomes rosy.

  6. Take out the crispy juicy medallions and serve immediately fried potatoes and fresh vegetables.
