We wash the tenderloin, saturate it with paper towels and cut it on medallions (5 pcs. across the fibers).
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and poison slices of bread for toast for 2-3 minutes until they become crispy.

We send prepared pork medallions to melted butter (3 tablespoons) and fry over medium heat on both sides to brown crusts for 2-3 minutes, cover.

Grind crisp bread in a blender bowl, put in a bowl, add the remains of softened oil (1 tbsp), oil from frying pans in which medallions, chopped parsley were fried, chopped walnuts with a knife and mix well.

Put the fried medallions in a mold, add on top prepared bread mixture with nuts and put in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the mixture becomes rosy.

Take out the crispy juicy medallions and serve immediately fried potatoes and fresh vegetables.
