  1. We wash the cabbage of cauliflower, divide into inflorescences, put in a bowl, salt, pepper, add sour cream, mustard and mix. Add pork tenderloin, pepper and send to strips bacon, which we place, slightly overlapping each other. Oven set to 180 degrees.

  2. We wrap the bacon tenderloin, next to the prepared cauliflower, put a sprig of rosemary on pork and put in oven for 40 minutes.

  3. We take out the fragrant tenderloin in bacon, cut into portioned pieces, spread on plates, add baked color cabbage and serve with fresh vegetables.
