Pork shoulder on the bone is cooked at home in the oven at low temperature for about 11 hours. Such baked meat is obtained incredibly tender and tasty, melting in your mouth. Make sandwiches with such meat and vegetables are available for breakfast or dinner.

2-3 hours before cooking, remove a large piece of pork from refrigerator, rinse and leave on the table. Before baking meat should become room temperature.

In a bowl, mix oregano, ground pepper, salt, onion and garlic powders.

The prepared piece of pork shoulder is rubbed with a mixture and spread on a wire rack with a baking sheet.

We send the meat on the grill to the preheated oven at 120 degrees 10 hours, if the piece is larger, increase the time. Meat at low temperature to cook slowly and retains the juices inside.

After 10 hours, remove the meat, cover with foil and leave on 15 minutes. We increase the oven to 260 degrees and after 15 minutes we send the pork back to the oven. Every 5 minutes, meat turn on the other side and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the skin slightly burn out.

We take out the finished piece of flavored pork, let stand for 15 minutes and serve with fresh vegetables and crisp bread.
