  • 3 tbsp. l worcester sauce
  • 1/3 Art. brown sugar

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients for rubbing meat in a bowl and mix well. Rub the meat with the mixture. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or night.
