  1. Pork shanks (you can take whole parts), wash, rub ground pepper, salt, put in a mold, pour water (1 cup) and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes.

  2. Peel onions and carrots, chop coarsely, salt and pepper. Handlebars take out, turn it over to the other side, place vegetables around, parsley, pour water (1 cup) and send to the oven for another 1 hour 30 minutes.
