Stunningly fragrant and tasty roll can be made from pork peritoneum stuffed with fried champignons, carrots and onions onions at home in the oven.

We wash the pork peritoneum, cut into 2 thin pieces, salt and pepper Chop onions (1 pc.) Finely, mushrooms – on slices, carrots (1 pc.) coarsely rub.

In oil, fry the onions for 3-4 minutes, add the slices of champignons and fry until the liquid evaporates. We send to the mushrooms with onions cooked carrots, cover and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Salt and pepper.

Distribute the filling evenly on a thin piece of peritoneum with skin (½ part).

Cover with a second piece, add the remaining fillings, turn the peritoneum into the roll and fasten the culinary twine.

In a heat-resistant form, lay out the chopped onion on the bottom, carrots, place the prepared roll and pour water (1 cup). Put in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes, then bake 40 minutes at 180 degrees and another 30 minutes at 220 degrees. Total it turns out 1 hour 35 minutes.

We take out the finished fragrant roll of pork peritoneum, give rest for 15 minutes, chop and serve hot as the main course or chilled as a snack.
