  1. Wrap the pork fillet with a film and beat well to get a piece of medium thickness. If the pieces are small, connect them between by superimposing one on the other, and repel, covering with a film.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and spices to taste.
  3. In a frying pan preheated with a small amount of oil, fry spinach, it should become soft and shrink.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, combine with spinach and mix.
  5. Minced salt and knead.
  6. Put the minced meat on one edge of the pork, then lay the spinach with cheese, wrap everything carefully in a roll. The roll can be bandaged twine.
  7. Put the roll in a baking dish (I used disposable). Sprinkle with spices or dried vegetables on top.
