  1. We wash the pork shoulder without bones, sprinkle on all sides ground pepper, salt and form a layer, if there are thick parts, can be cut and layered on thinner ones.

  2. Pierce the prepared meat with a knife and lay slices garlic (we stuffed), turn into a roll and bind with culinary twine. Lubricate the meat with oil, lay the leaves under the twine bay leaf and sprinkle with grains of red pepper on top (you can replace with black).

  3. We spread the prepared roll into a mold, pour water (150 ml), cover with a lid or foil and send to the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Then remove the foil and bake another 1 hour to the meat was covered with a brown crust. Take out periodically and pour juice from the bottom of the form.

  4. We take out the finished fragrant pork roll, give it a rest 10 minutes, chop and serve with vegetable side dishes and salads.
