  1. Cut off excess fat from pork ribs, remove the film, rinse and cut into bones into pieces.

  2. Spread the prepared ribs in a bowl or shape, add soy sauce, crushed garlic, paprika, peppers, a little salt, oil and mix well with your hands. Ribs cover and send to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably at night.

  3. Pickled pork ribs in a preheated oven 160 degrees for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the pan and flip the pieces to the other side.

  4. We take out the finished fragrant ribs and serve immediately with your beloved sauce and vegetable side dish.
