We wash the pork ribs, wipe with paper towels, cut into bones into pieces and spread in a bowl. Add honey oil, mustard, marjoram, paprika, ground pepper, salt and good mix by massaging the ribs. We send to cool at least 2 hours.

We shift the pickled ribs into a heat-resistant form, cover and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, then set the oven to 170 degrees and continue to bake for 1 hour.
