  1. Put the chopped sprig of rosemary in a bowl (1 pc.), chopped garlic, seasoning for pork, ground pepper and well mix. Wash my neck, rub with salt and prepared garlic a mixture. We put the oven at 150 degrees.

  4. We take out the pork, put it on a plate, send it to the form vegetables, place a piece of the neck on top and continue to bake another 2 hours. 20 minutes before cooking, increase the temperature to 220 degrees.

  5. We take out the fragrant delicate neck, put it on the serving dish, add baked vegetables around, on top a sprig of rosemary and immediately serve.
