Pork neck in sour cream sauce in the oven

The pork neck will turn out tender and very tasty if it cook at home in the oven with onions in sour cream sauce. For aroma and taste we complement the dish with hot chili pepper, seasoning for pork and dried parsley. Let’s make a boiled garnish potatoes.

  1. We wash the pork neck, cut into thin pieces, sprinkle seasoning for pork, ground pepper, salt and spread in brazier. Add on top chopped chili peppers.

  2. Onions cut into half rings, send to the neck and sprinkle with dried parsley. We set the oven to 190 degrees.

  3. In a bowl, mix sour cream with water (500 ml.), Salt (2 pinches) and pour pork with onions. Fluid should completely cover contents, if not, add more water. Put the roasting pan in the oven and bake meat in sauce for 1 hour 20 minutes.

  4. Ready juicy slices of pork neck served with your favorite side dish and the resulting sauce. The dish can optionally be supplemented with fresh herbs and spices to taste.
