  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into 6-7 pieces across the fibers, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and pork seasoning.

  2. Coarsely rub the cheese. We put the oven at 200 degrees.
  3. In oil, fry chopped onions, add pine nuts, thawed spinach, salt, ground pepper and fry over medium heat, until the liquid evaporates. Add half to the hot mixture prepared cheese and mix.

  4. We lay out the pork medallions in the form with the cut part up add the mixture of spinach and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

  5. We put fragrant medallions under a fur coat in the oven for 20 minutes.

  6. We take out the juicy pork medallions and immediately serve with a side dish and vegetable salads.
